Mr. Erlbaum and Mme. Scheinman spoke to our Grade 10 Individuals and Societies students today. The visitors were Jewish children, hidden by individuals and organisations during World War II, in different parts of Belgium.
The speakers gave testimony about their experience to our grade 10 students. They also spoke to the students about the dangers of fanaticism today and the importance of democracy. At the end, the students could pose questions of these two fascinating individuals. A memorable history lesson!
