Grade 6 learns what scientists do

In their current unit “What do scientists do?”, our 6th graders are exploring the steps involved in a scientific method. They are currently learning how to design and set up an experiment. They are all geared up to execute their first formal scientific investigation next week.

As part of their preparation, this week they learned how to measure various properties like irregular lengths, area, mass and volume. Watch this space for more updates on their upcoming scientific investigations.
